Voice & SOAP covers audio transcription and SOAP form-fill — the bulk of daily AI use (~$0.005/call cost). Other AI covers premium features like patient summaries, treatment suggestions, and discharge notes ($0.01–0.10/call). They have separate monthly caps so heavy transcription usage doesn't block other AI features.
Essential is hard-capped — upgrade to continue. Professional and Norva Complete allow pay-per-use overage: $0.20/voice action and $0.50/other-AI on Professional; $0.30/other-AI on Norva Complete (voice is unlimited).
